How do I create a couple profile?
When setting up your profile, you'll have the option to add your partner's information. Both of you will appear together in your couple profile visible to other users.
How do I verify my profile?
Go to your profile settings and select "Verify Profile." You'll be asked to take a selfie in a specific pose to confirm your identity. Verified profiles get a badge and are shown more prominently.
How does matching work?
Swipe right on profiles you're interested in. When both couples like each other, it's a match! You can then start chatting and plan to meet.
How do I change my location?
Your location is automatically detected using GPS. To update it, go to Settings > Location and tap "Update Location." Premium users can change their location to any city.
Can I block or report someone?
Yes! Tap the menu icon (⋮) on any profile or conversation and select "Block" or "Report." Blocked users cannot see your profile or contact you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your app store:
- Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions
- iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app: Profile > Settings > Delete Account. For more details, visit our Account Deletion page.
